Split tracks by time not silence or size

I record a lot of streaming music that doesn't really have a cut and in doing so, I'd like to split a track just by time. So for example, I'd like to have it create a new track every 15 minutes regardless of size/etc. Is this possible or if not, can you consider this a feature request from a registered user.
