Replay Media Catcher error with Upgrade to 4.1.1 - font error

Using Windows 7 Home Premium on an HP Pavillion desktop. Upgrade to version 4 worked fine a month or so ago but update to latest release has never worked. Error " Verdana font does not support bold". Any suggestions?
