New Feature: Schedule a Web video (schedule Video Capture to start recording at a certain time and end at a certain time)

I work long hours and sometimes can not capture a streaming video conference. However, I can log in to the site and a"not on air" screen is present until the event starts. I would like to be able to schedule Video Capture to start recording at a certain time and end at a certain time.
