Help! I have 2.8 and wanted to upgrade my replay converter. The thing never works for me. Always get 0 out of 1 message and I've tried all suggestions I found on this board. When ugrading, I left out a digit in my email address, so now I've paid the 9.95 and I still have nothing!! Help!!:(
