Applian miniport error

Hello, I recently been having this error;

"Window reports that the 'Applian Miniport #6' device is not working properly"

and that they recommend that I update that miniport. But everytime I do it states that it has already been fully updated and the problem never goes away. What else should I do?

Hi - Please un-install ALL versions of Replay Media Catcher from your PC.

Once this is done, reboot your PC (this is important) and re-install the LATEST version of RMC from here: http://applian.com/replay-media-catcher/demo.php
