Converter No Longer Works for YouTube

Attempts to convert anything captured from YouTube to an audio file of any kind results in a failure:

Please submit a ticket to tech support. More information will be needed from you. Also, do not copy and paste log files into the forum as they are really long and take up a lot. Try changing the name of your file to something short without symbols. As an example; test.flv and see if that works for you.
