RM stalls on registration, won't open

I've installed the Replay Capture Suite but when I try to start Replay Music the program hangs if I enter my registration number and it never progresses. If I select 'Demo Mode' the box disappears and the process runs, but the program never comes up.

I'm using XP Pro in a corporate environment, but all web restrictions have been removed and all admin rights have been granted for the install but it still does not work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, uninstalled and installed 3.92 and uninstalled, and I still have the same problem. What now?
