No File after Conversion

I have downloaded the trial version of Replay Media Capture and am considering purchasing the full programme, however i am not able to convert the files i have recorded.

I go to the converter, select a file and click convert, it seems to go thorough the motions of conferting it and the says that it has been succesful, however i can not find the converted file in the destination folder, or anywhere else for that matter,

Please help asap as am working to a deadline :)

Are the files from a specific site?
