Hiccups Recording live streaming video

I can successfully record the nightly live video stream at www.smallsjazzclub.com with Replay Media Catcher but there are occasional sound and video hiccups... I tried to use Replay AV...it found the URL but I could record only audio..without hiccups... not video at all...(your Replay AV demo video shows how to record Youtube video). Replay Video Capture might work, but will probably just record the same "hiccups"....(sound and video appears to "speed up" for a second or two).. are the hiccups in the data itself or in the transmission chain? Probably the are not in the data since I can record sound without hiccups.

Is there a fix for this hiccup problem when recording video with audio?
