Hi,
While trying to uninstall Jaksta Streaming Media Recorder the uninstaller keeps complaining about not being able to load types from jsmr.dll or something like that then it rolls back.
I would copy&paste the message but I'm afraid you might not undestand it since it's in polish.
Any ideas?

I have also experienced problems with upgrading/uninstalling Jaksta with WinXP SP3. As part of the installation it purportedly copies files to a temporary folder but this seems to go wrong and installation cannot complete because it cannot find the temporary files. Similar things seem to happen when trying to uninstall the program.
I have found that uninstalling via XP's Add/Remove Programs (rather than Jaksta's own uninstaller) will remove the program, after which it is possible to install it properly.
This issue only arose with recent versions of Jaksta.

I've followed the instruction carefully on FAQ to uninstall all of it completely. Both programs: Freecorder 4 and Toolbar are uninstalled and they not in my system anymore, however the toolbar is still there on my Firefox browser!!!
Can somebody please help me, I have tried emailing for tech support but all I get is follow the instruction on FAQ!!! (Jeff Lenney please stop referring me to FAQ again!) The cycle of helplessness never ends. Please help anyone!
