Registration window not working

I recently upgraded to 4.4.4 but am unable to register. When Media Catcher starts up the Registration window comes up but doesn't work. I have tried restarting the program and my computer several times, but nothing. Reinstall the program maybe?

Hi I'm not fully aware about the topic above but my concern is I don't have any idea about window shades chino hills (http://www.usshuttersblinds.com), would you mind to help me regarding on this matter?
