Screen freeze

Using Win7 64 bit version, when I start up the program, I get the "Welcome" screen, but cannot click successfully on the "do not show this screen again" nor the "close" button. Nothing but closing the software from task manager works. Ideas please??

Hi Janice

That's quite strange - are you logging into your pc as a local admin?

if NOT - please do so for me and try again.

If SO - can I ask you to please un-install the software, reboot your PC and do a full re-install of it?
