SOS recording stopped

i just purchased the software , im new to it and im trying it out to learn how it works.
I scheduled a recording on an specific url, specific time ONLY 30 min and at 20 min into the recording it stopped and a message popped RECORDING STOPPED. FILE TIME EXCEEDED
how to make it work/ record for more time. i need it a recording for 30 or 60 min ?
Anyone with a helpful advise?

when did you purchase the program? We have not sold Replay AV since Feb. What activation code are you using (send this via private email or contact tech support)
