I just purchased and am attempting to use Replay Media Catcher 4.4.3 to capture a live broadcast from ustream. It begins recording but after 46 seconds, it stops. I've tried it multiple times but always with the same result. Any ideas on how to fix this??

Here's a dump of the session:

Hi juxtaposition,

I just tested this live stream: http://www.ustream.tv/sevenkittens

And it worked fine - Can you please provide me with the URL of the audio or video you're trying to record, so I can trouble shoot the issue?

Also, Please make sure that you always open Replay Media Catcher and click the "record" button BEFORE you browse to the site that you wish to capture from. Also, please try deleting your temporary internet files from your browser's cache.

Let me know if this helps please! :-)

Hi Jeff
Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, I can't give you much more than I've already provided. The ustream player is embedded in a web page that requires a login with my username/password in order to access it. Can you think of anything that I could try?
Dave

Hi Dave

Can you submit a technical support request to us please?

Well, if you don't mind sharing with me the Site Address, along with your user name and password I can try to record it myself for you. We do get a dozen or so requests like this per week and your information is kept in the highest confidence. (For example, this week I've logged into a few xxx sites, a training site that costs $1000 per YEAR to sign up to, and even a secured *big company* "employees only" training site).

Let me now if you're ok with this please, i'd be more than happy to log in and test it for you myself and let you know the results, and if successful how to accomplish them.

Please do NOT include this information in this thread, please submit it in a ticket if you're ok with this :)

Hi Jeff,
I opened a ticket when I first ran into the problem
Ticket ID: 586647
I know that you're trying to help, but I can't provide you that information.
I'll try different combinations of the settings for the next broadcast, maybe something will click.
