View Full Version : Video Issue

I downloaded the trial version of Replay Telecorder for Skype and everything worked great. The next day I upgraded to the full, paid version and now I either get no video recording at all, or a highly distorted recording.
The audio continues to record as it should.

I've checked to make sure that all settings on the full version are as they were on the trial but I still can't get the proper video recording.

Skype upgraded-so we did too. Please uninstall the version of our program you have. Reboot. Verify that Skype is closed (quit) in the taskbar. Now, download the latest version from our site and you should be good to go.
