No sound after download

I have downloaded an asf movie from the web, but the sound is gone when I play it from the harddrive. Is the settings wrong somehow?

Specifically, Can you please provide me with the URL of the video you're trying to record, so I can trouble shoot the issue?

Also, what version of Replay Media Catcher are you using, and what is your operating system?

I'm using Windows XP Pro (on a Mac Pro with Parallel desktop) and Replay Media Catcher 3.01 in the demo mode (want to see if it works 1st :)
The site I'm trying to d/l from is :

Movies plays good with sound but the extracted file has no sound

I just downloaded it and, its in FLV format and, the video HAS sound.
You might need to reinstall a codec pack like k-lite. If no codec pack is installed
now is the time to get it :D
