Can't record streaming video?

I have Replay 7 AV.

I am trying to record from VTC.com.

I keep getting a connecting on the screen after I select the URL, but
nothing else happens ?

Do I need a newer version to record VTC?

You should update your Replay AV 7 to Version 8.50 Update (http://applian.com/download_file.php?file=RAVSetup.exe)
There might be a small fee to update

Tried the new Version (8.5) same result.

When I try to tune to the URL I get a "No Access" in the message box.

Any help would be appreciated.

I assume you have access and have you tried testing before recording??

Hi

I just tested it with both AV and Replay Media Catcher. I did get it to work with Media Catcher but I wasn't able to get a good URL with AV. Give that program a try. It uses a different method of capturing.
