Lower Frames/sec

For Replay Video Capture v6.0.4, is there a way to lower the Frames/sec setting below the 23.97 setting available in the drop down? Is there a registry setting or another location to modify? I am trying to record a live presentation online and only need a frame or two per second, not real time video. The "Still" button would be fine if it could automatically take a shot every second for example.
