Accessing the internet

RMC has been working well but now it tells me that it can not connect to the internet.
Nothing in my system has c hanged.
I have dissabled the Firewall and it has not made a difference.
I have re-installed my firewall and antivirus software and it has not made any difference either.
How can I get it to connect to the internet again please.

Hi Juan, try safemode with networking and launch this program. By the way, what version is this? https://imagicon.info/cat/14-16/1.gif

I have been able to resolve this by going to Internet Options, then the connections tab, clicked on LAN settings and unchecked the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" tab. It may be of use to someone else. All working and connecting well now.
It´s version 4.4.3
