Convert for Windows Media Player

I am trying the Demo version before I purchase. I've captured a video (50%) and want to convert it to run on Windows Media Player 11. What format do I select from the drop-down list? :confused:
I live in New Zealand so probably need to use a PAL format

Yes, there is a WMV option, tried it successfully.
