Downloading captured media to folder

When i try to move the captured audio recording to a folder on my desktop, I continuously get a message indicating it cannot do that as the file is still open in the Replay Catcher. It also will not let me rename the file for the same reason...

My intention is to get all the recordings into one folder and then burn a CD to relisten later on.

Hello Joyce, I suspect the file has not finished downloading.

Hi Joyce. Close the Replay Catcher first then try to move it. If it still doesn't, restart your computer without Replay Catcher turned on then move the files. https://imagicon.info/cat/14-16/1.gif
