I bought the Suite a few days ago. All seemed ok - successfully captured some video's etc. However, today I needed to do some work on the Web and found that IE9 froze frequently and performance to secure sites (https) was painfully slow - indeed got continual time-outs.
Checked everything on the system (ping tests, router config, IE9 settings etc) and all seemed ok - but the problem persisted. Rebooted a few times
but the problem still persisted. I'm running windows 7 64bit on a Dell XPS desktop.
Ran a Broadband speed test and it stopped at 40% complete?
Ran a speed test from my iPhone and it had no problems - 6Mbs.
Tried my laptop (different computer which doesn't have RCM) also Win 7 64 Bit and IE9 ok - no problems at all. Connected through same router.
Went back to my Dell Desktop and uninstalled RCM 4 - rebooted and the problem has gone. Seems RCM 4 has been the cause of the problem?
Any ideas? :(
