RMC won't record documentary but only SMIL files. please help !!!

I want to record a documentary called "Titanic: la veritable histoire" from
http://www.pluzz.fr/titanic--la-veritable-histoire-2012-04-10-20h50.html
I bought RMC last month and so far have never had any problems recording anything but this time RMC will not do the job and only records an endless series of short SMIL files at incredible speed....
Is the French website to blame by streaming "unrecordable" material ? Or should I change my RMC settings

It is a French website and they do not allow streaming from outside their borders. You would need to obtain a French based VPN.

This is correct, unless the user is in france than he should be fine...
