I just purchased this product mainly to schedule video streams for recording. I have noticed a few issues.
1. I have set some streams to record for 5 minutes. I noticed that after they finish, the status in the progress window says "Cancelled by User"
2. The bigger problem I have noticed is that the only options on how to proceed after recording has stopped is to stop monitoring, suspend the computer or hibernate the computer. Why isnt there as setting to just continue monitoring? If I use any of the settings that are available then any recordings I have scheduled after the last one will not record since. That does not make sense.
3. What is the point of the description in the scheduler? This information is not retained anywhere and if I am scheduling the same stream to record at different times the filename is always the same except with a -2, -3, etc after it. There should be a way to name the file based on the description in the scheduler.
My biggest issue it #2, if this cant be resolved then I will ask for a refund.
