Record BBC iplayer in HD?

When I record iPlayer TV shows it records the 480kbs show, not the 1500kbs. How do I select 1500kbs?

iPlayer goes 1500 when you use fullscreen, but you can't start the iPlayer in fullscreen, it always seems to start in 480 but increases as you watch the stream but that doesn't change what is recorded

Love Replay Media Catcher which has been working beautifully in Windows 7. I´ve had to move it to my Vista Laptop and it won´t catch anything from the BBC iplayer. Done all the usual things like clearing cache and history but just will not. Any ideas?

Had to edit this post because just after writing it, I managed to catch yesterdays Newsnight. I had been trying all day. I don´t understand it.
