I am having a hard time converting music files to Apple format (iTunes). All i am getting is red stop-signs :mad:

Might be helpful to let us know what kind of files these are. You could also download and try the Applian Replay Converter to see if it converts.

I just installed Replay Media Catcher 4.3... it doesn't accept my new registration code. I uninstalled all old versions of my suite,
downloaded the new suite and they all take the new registration code except this component. I have used the 'reset registration
code' software, and have rebooted several times, uninstalled, etc. but still my old registration code stays in place. There is no
option to change it. Any suggestions? It seems to be working OK, just bugs me the new registration/license code is not in place.
Thank you, and yes, I have submitted a work order to CS. I'm running Windows 7, HP Laptop Pavilion dv7-1232nr.
