View Full Version : Smooth Streaming Recording Problem in RMC 4.3.2 ver.

Hello everyone.

I have been record Smooth Streaming by RMC 4.3.2.
and I set to High of media Quality.
But RMC cannot complete download for stream.
it appears exception errors. please find below errors.

By the looks of it, the file you were trying to record was rather large and your computer ran out of memory....

my pc have 8 GigaByte memory. :(

I think it is enough to download it. right?

I suspect the 8Gb are Ram. It is probably your hard drive that needs the additional space.

But my answer is NO.
my harddisk have about 400GB for free space.

A three hour recording would occupy about 6000MB depending on file type. I do not doubt you may have a 400 GB hard drive but maybe it is not all available due to the other content. You mentioned 8 GB which tends to indicate Ram. Try to make the download file destination an empty external disc, if you have one and see what happens. The progress file you sent indicated a lack of hard disc space.

I have more test again. and I have upgraded to 16 GB for memory of system.
but it occurs same result before. But I have completed download it by medium quality.
How can I resolve this issue?

And this file type is .mkv.
