RMC not Capturing Netflix - Error Message "Complete with errors"

We have the latest 4 rev. Works with all other streams. Netflix stream - Error Message "Complete with errors" and loads of 6 sec files. Detail in error log - bottom line "Needs proper Codex"

Hi Terry,

Unfortunately, Replay Media Catcher/Jaksta have not worked with netflix for a good 2-3 years or so. Netflix changed their streaming format, and the best way to record netflix now is with our screen capture program Replay Video Capture.
