Cannot register product

I just bought Replay Converter. Installation went fine, launched program, got hint, never go registration screen. Went to options and hit "Enter Registration Code" and nothing happens. Uninstall and re downloaded, re installed and same result. What gives?

I hate paying $10 for something that I cant get to work!

I am running Windows 7, and this is my third applian purchase (bought a few products a year ago)

I used the clear code, I rebooted, and it still NEVER asks for code, and it still does NOTHING if I select enter registration code under settings
