replay converter fale to convert

Hi
some how when i start to convert a video.....its start working ok,,,,but then its finish in a few second (109 mb file)
its say Done ....
but what i get a file of a few kb,,,,,and that's it
its happen many time.
is any thing to do for the title file name that its not in English ?
what can be done?

I rename the video file name from Hebrew to English.....and its start to convert .
so how come the converter its not compatible with different language.....while the there is no problem to use the Replay media catcher 4 in different language ?

The two programs work differently. Do change the name of the files and you should be good to go. Thanks.

why if the name its not English its not working....its just the file name???

It is how the file is read.
