RMC4 Not capturing Adobe Flash slide show file - Can others capture this address? Just getting audio capture.

RMC4 is set up and working fine on youtube, etc; however I am having an issue capturing these slide shows. RMC4 (http://applian.com/download-videos)Not capturing video portion of the below Adobe Flash slide show file. Just getting an mp3 file of audio with no video. Can others capture this address? Thanks for any suggestions on how to download the below links and be able to view them as an avi file with the slide images.

Right clicking on the video, real player also only saw the audio stream. I tried using some other Applian products, including WMRecorder and Replay AV but was unsuccessful.
