Converted Files to Itunes

I want my converted audio files to be saved directly to my Itunes. I usually convert several files at the same time. When the first file is fully converted, I get a window that tells me that my file is going to be saved in Itunes. I know that already. But the converter won't proceed to convert the next file until after I've click the OK button which requires me to come back to the computer to check on the status of the each file's conversion.

Is there a way to stop the message/question (there are actually two) from popping up so that the converter will convert all of my files and save them to Itunes without me having to be there?
