how to rip with non-default dvd language e.g. Danish voices instead of English

Hi

I need to rip some DVDs for my kids. The DVDs I have, have English as the default language when played but does also contain other languages.

Now my kids do not understand English (yet), so I would like to rip the DVD with the Danish voices.

I have searched the forums without luck - please help.

How do I do it?
