higher bitrate desired

I am using Applian's Replay Converter v. 4.10; Win 7 Home Prem 64 bit computer; I want to convert audio files to 320Kbps mp3 files but the most Kbps that is supported appears to be 192Kbps.... is this correct? Is there a way to up the bitrate? RC 4 is built atop ffmpeg so this should be possible, no?

We do not have that ability in this version of the program. Perhaps in a future version. I will pass on your request to the developer.
