Conversion for Blackberry Playbook

I have used Relpay converter to convert some streaming files to MP4. Tey work great on my computer and look great on the Blackberry playbook but I have no sound on the playbook. I do use MP4 on the playbook when I convert from DVD so i am wondering why I am getting no volume when converting the streaming files? Jim

What are the file types you're converting? Are you able to convert to OTHER formats with the audio still working?
