Trying to record only MP3 - Folder is receiving both MP4 and MP3

This probably has to do with a setting. I have set the Replay Media Catcher main screen, at the bottom where it reads Automatically convert downloads and recordings to:, to Audio Extraction MP3.
In Tools | Conversion Settings I set this to MP3 and select save. I go back to look at this setting and it reverts to mp4.

How can I get this program to only save MP3's in the media folder? When needing MP4 I would change to MP4

If you're recording a VIDEO, then RMC needs to record the video format first before converting to audio.

I have often thought this would be a welcome improvement. Sometimes it is useful just to record the audio of a recording as an mp3.
I use to do this with WM14.
