reinstall covertor,,,do not work wth old recoeding,,and with somw new

I reinstall the coverter,,,,And now when i try to convert old files its not working-Failed,,,,,,some its go fast and nothing happening,,,
few new stuff its convert.....Need help to fix......
I'm using windows xp
Replay media catcher 4.2.1.0
convertor 3.6.0.0
replay media catcher 3 3.11.0.0

Please submit a ticket to tech support. Include details and also a log file. You are not using the latest version of the converter. It is a free update from the version you have.Uninstall what you have and reboot. Now, install the latest version. Install the demo as it will use the same activation code.
