Replay Video Capture

I want to record with the replay video capture using wmv format. It only gives me a few options for video bitrate. They are either 1200,3000,or 6000. Is there any other way I can change it so I can add 2000 to it? If not what is the point of having this program! :rolleyes:

Try the included bit-rates, you'll be quite impressed with the video quality. :-)
