Error loading screen capture filter

When I select record I get two errors, the first "Error loading screen capture filter" and the second "Cannot install screen capture filter". Then RVC stops trying to record. Suggestions?
This is a Windows XP 32 bit pc.

Replay Video Capture has been updated to version 5.32 (http://www.applian.com/replay-video-capture/demo.php)today. This update is now live and includes the following changes:

Fixes the error "Error loading screen capture filter"
