WMV to AVI conversion - audio only

pretty self explanatory... trying to convert WMV to AVI and it comes out as an audio only file

some video files have 2 audio tracks, one of them is empty. may be this is the case. if you upload the file, we can take a look.

I don't think you understand. I am converting a VIDEO file and only audio comes out
