Hi
We use to work with TeamViewer to give 1 to 1 presentations online. This is a nice tool to share your desktop to one or more people. For the voice we have VoIP PBX so each agent can call the customer over a normal phone call (agent phone is a Software VoIP phone installed on his pc).

Now we would like to record all the presentation audio (over our VoIP software phone and customer-agent conversation not only agent side) and video (which is the agent desktop shared by TeamViewer).

Is this possible with Reply Video Capture or with any of the products from Applian. If so please let me know how or which software tools we need exactly.

Thanks

Replay Video Capture allows to record video from screen as well as 2 audio sources, so it should work for you. Just try a demo version
