file starts playing at the end?

I scheduled a download of a video from a website earlier today. When I went to play the video, I get a "runtime error." When the video finally starts playing, the marker skips to the very end of the video and plays only the last 1-2 minutes. If I slide it back to the first of the video, it jumps back down to the end. I've tried opening it in several different players and the same thing occurs.

try to fix your flv file using the Fix Flv tool of RMC 4.

Unfortunately, doing that causes RMC 4.0 to shut down. I'm so frustrated! I paid for an upgrade thinking it was going to do wonderful things only to find it's not much more than the original RMC I had.

What version exactly do you use?

Well - it's supposedly RMC 4. When you click on "about" it lists a ton of different versions for various parts. When I clicked on "check for updates" it says it's the latest version.

Since you seem to use the latest version, I suggest you to submit a support ticket.
