Replay Video Capture couldn't record without the enhanced version

I just tried to record part of my extra monitor (I'm using a laptop) and it said I couldn't even do that without the enhanced version. What is that?

In Replay Video Capture click the "Settings" -> "Video Capture Options" and select the "Enhanced video settings":
