What setting should I use to convert my videos to youtube so that the audio will be in sync. When I uploaded a video to youtube it wasn't in sync.

Youtube recommends mpeg4 with mp3 audio. What setting should I choose to convert my flash video to mpeg4 with mp3 audio using my replay conver ter 3.11
