Open Replay Media Catcher 4
Don’t start recording
Click "Help" -> "About" and expand "Support"
Check "Debug Mode" and then click "OK"
Click the "Start Recording" button.
Go to YouTube and start watching a video in your browser. Wait until Replay Media Catcher should have picked it up and started downloading. Let the video play a few minutes.
Click the "Stop Recording" button.
Click "Help" -> "About" and expand "Support"
Click the email logs to support link. Please attach that file to your support ticket.
