"Complete with Errors"

I was getting "Forced Shutdown" so I increased the download time from the default setting of -1 to 4. Now I am getting "complete with errors. Double click to view." And it won't convert to mp3.

This has been happening on all youtube videos and I haven't tried it on other video sites.

So what should I do?
