Cannot Get Fast-Forward or Rewind to Work

I just bought the full-featured Replay Video Capture, and no matter what I do with the settings, or how small a window I record, when I play back, the fast forward and rewind buttons are greyed-out and unavailable.

I tried it using Firefox and IE. I'm running this on Windows 7.

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks a bunch in advance.

What player do you use? Do you have the same problem when playing with freeware VLC player?
