Media Cather records in MPEG-2, but it's PAL, which I can't use with my Pinnacle program, and play on my Panasonic DVD player. Is there a way to get the NTSC version?

You should be able to convert to ntsc, is that not working for you?

Thank You for the reply, Jeff. No, I don't see a way to do it. And I don't know why it's capturing in PAL.
