Can't download Youtube video

Despite the claims that 100% of Youtube videos are downloaded, I can't seem to be able to download the following file:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=qjjkFTEyqA4
Can someone else try it and let me know if the problem is on my end?
I'm a noob at this so I'm sorry if this has been answered before.

BTW: There is no error message. It just doesn't show up!

Try to clean the cache of the browser and restart RMC.
