When i use conversion playstation 3 WMV 29.97 fps: 720x480: WMA or MP4 H.264 29.97 fps: 720x480: ACC.Then when it's done i play the show on my playstation 3 and it says
i don't have the copyright to watch and it say's www.cinavia.com message code 1.

What are you trying to convert exactly? It looks like it was encrypted by cinavia:

"The audio track of the video that you are playing contains a Cinavia code indicating it was intended for presentation using professional equipment only (for example, in a theater) and is not authorized for playback by consumers. "

For legal reason they can not help you even if they wanted to reddead. They have already had to deal with adobe, they dont want to deal with the motion pic AA too.

Jeff... Cinavia is really more of a content identification
software...(similar to what Youtube uses to identify there content)... which is installed part of the ps3 update/installed on Bluray players with wifi that support video files. It requires internet access to update it self for newer movies.
Cinavia all it does is scan your video & audio for authenticity...and, if it has been
blacklisted for no authorized use for video files...it will
mute in 20 minutes/ stop playing the content in question.. if the content is in Cinavia's list of movies that they blacklisted.
It may sound like malware...but its considered "legal malware."
It's kinda funny that I forsee this coming because
it sounds to good to be true. This DRM will become fail...in the coming months. There are ways to remove or circumvent it. Is to jailbreak the ps3 (btw there is a fix for this regarding this DRM on jailbreak)
(I don't encourage doing this) however I don't believe anyone should put up with this BS. Or go old school...and, buy a DVD
player that plays videos of a USB Flash drive. Cinavia
technology is only available for devices that utilize internet access.

Good to know Matthew. I'll jail break my ipad 2 first (getting it tomorrow) - then perhaps i'll "JB" my ps3 next :)
